Payment

Spandet and Partners ApS | getorganized.training receives payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Banktransfer. Payment is effected when the goods are despatched/emailed. Amounts are in either DKK (Danish kroner) or US dollar.


Subscription Agreement

If you enter a subscription agreement you can pay with the above mentioned credit cards on our website. You may select to pay monthly, every 3rd month or once a year.

You have to be minimum 18 years of age to enter into a subscription agreement.

Binding

If you decide to pay monthly you are bound for  2 months and if you chose to pay every 3rd month or once a year there is no binding


Cancellation

There is no right to cancel since the service is provided in full upon your booking and payment. There is no trial period unless specified.
If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do this in Simplero.
Make sure you cancel the subscription before you are billed according to the agreement.

Any billed amounts will not be refunded.

Access to the material in your online library (in Simplero) will cease once your subscription has been cancelled; and you have no further access to the material.


Delivery

When you invest in the training material with SPANDET AND PARTNERS ApS | getorganized.training, you get access immediately. You receive an automatically generated email with login and information on how you access the material.


Right of Return

There is no right of return since the products are delivered immediately and electronically.


Rights of Complaints

You are always welcome to contact us if you have any complaints about a service that you purchased from us. 

If you cannot reach an agreement with us and if you are a consumer, you may lodge a complaint with the Centre for Complaint Resolution (“Center for Klageløsning”) at the address of Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, provided that you fulfil the conditions for doing so (for more details, see www.forbrug.dk and www.naevneneshus.dk). You can lodge the complaint with Centre for Complaint Resolution via the Portal for Nævnenes Hus, which can be found here.

You can also use the European Commission's online complaints portal to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU member State. You can lodge a complaint on the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When lodging a complaint, please enter our email henrik@spandet.com.

If a solution cannot be reached via the Centre for Complaint Resolution, you may lodge a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board. Follow the link to lodge an online complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via the Portal for Nævnenes hus, which can be found here.
